Fuck that far away I am in north saitama and it was at least a 5. I am on the fifth floor off a very new earthquake "proof" building. I have been in a few quakes and cant see it being lower than a 5.

As for the epicenter who knows but if the both of us felt it it going to be close or the magnitude is going to be very big. If its off the coast we are all doomed, DOOMED I tell you.
