Well you should be fine, as long as no-one complains to them about an email (legitimate or spam) originating or appearing to originate from your domain, and you are able to respond to their demand for detailed technical evidence that it is not spam within an arbitrarily short timeframe (48 or 72 hours IIRC), and they accept your explanation, and are willing to pay a fee to get your domain off their internal blacklist. In other words, your domain is basically one complaint away from being sent into domain purgatory.

(I have experienced the process, luckily we could move the domain away from Godaddy before anything could happen to it).
