A JN ofcourse lives behind me in a house...his porch packed with empty whiskey bottles..its actually a duplex he and his wife and (kid) (s) ? live on one side, and his mammy lives on the other.


He has a skyline that he starts up every morning...and late nights around 10:00 pm...the thing is the car is very loud...he must have racing gear installed..cause it causes vibration even where I live...very anoying...this fool has got to be in his mid 40's. When I first moved here I tried to be neighborly and give he and his wife presents. I even gave his wife 10 new hot wheels to give to their (kid) (s)?. But after that the kid (s)? kept throwing toys in my yard and on my roof for at least 2 yrs until I started putting them in the trash.

I had an american flag near my mailbox , and I'm pretty sure this guy was the one ripping it off many times and throwing it on the ground.I finaly removed it. This POS used to park his skyline infront of my gate blocking me many times until I almost lost it and was going to break his neck. He saw the fury in me and stopped that particular shyt.

When the great earthquake struck on March 11, 2011 2011 05:46:24 UTC , later that day I got an email from the US embassy recomending departure. So I did . When I came back after the embassy basically said it was ok...I noticed that the service light had been busted out...I thought perhaps it was this right wing nut (more about him/them later)across the street or the m.f. behind me...but as time passes I get a strange feeling its the one behind me because when I was in Singapore I could see some construction workers repairing the the light via internt..and this m.f. from in back watching strangely curious...you know they reveal themslves much easier than in the US at times..like when they turn themselves in etc...

Consider getting one or two and put up another American flag... or actually, put up a Japanese flag. I'd like to explain about the rt wingers/racist across the street from me.

First it was this short punch-perm wearing one I caught peeping over my fence, he's sort of a delivery man for the 3 story house in front of me. Downstairs 1st floor is a printing company. The owner is an old JN couple who are quite nosey. They have 2 workers both live nearby, one who parks his car in the 1st floor area for free, since he does not want to pay for parking at his apt.

Just got back from my real estate agency, where I decided to pack up my nuts and try to deal with the noise coming from the guy above me in a more gentle, nature-loving Japanese way (as opposed to pounding on his door at 2am with a baseball bat. or giving him a healthy dose of music to sterilize frogs by, also at 2am): let the peeps at the real estate agency deal with it, if they really want their renewal of the lease fee in June. Motherfucker sounds as if he walks like he's crushing cockroaches, slam-closes cabinets and drawers, and is rearranging furniture constantly. He's been really bad since Wednesday, with this noise going on until at least 2:30 am.
Real estate person told me, "He moved out four days ago, the noise is probably from sewage pipes and assorted machinery on the roof (4 floors up)" I fully understand the concept of a long-drawn out "ehhhhhhh" now, and have started to believe in ghosts.
Real estate people apologized, and yes, I am going to use this as best I can to either negotiate lower rent or no next 2-year lease fee in June. Must practice producing tears drops at will...anyone got a sob story I can use as inspiration?

@ Iraira interesting that you mentioned ghost..I have seen and experienced several in my Tokyo dwellings...I even have pictures of recent ghostly images caught on my security camera...which I would like to post here but I dont know how or if its possible... I did some research and found that "rosemary plants help remove them..I bought 2 and it seems to work...but maybe to early to tell.

My next door neighbor is a pole dancing studio, with the strippers, chinpira, and the yakuza living in the two stories above the strip club. I hear loud dance music until 2 or 3am all the time. There are black cars with black tinted windows driving by all the time, chinpira/bosozoku making loud motorbike noises. One day I and my wife were making the nasty and we'd forgotten to close the curtain all the way, we heard "It's still day time, so no sex before night time"... and shit like that.
