Japanese scientist wins Nobel Prize.....kinda

Have you ever noticed that pidgeons don't seem to crap on bronze statues? Apparently this was the brainchild of a Japanese scientist who won the Nobel Prize recently, only he can't figure out why the audience can't stop laughing.
