Sure, that's the low-end - but what does the future hold for Tokyo?

They had a program on the Japanese Discovery Channel not too long ago about that Sky City Building 1000. It would take up a MAJOR amount of land in the middle of Tokyo. They also outlined a few concerns regarding what would happen if a major quake hit Tokyo while they were building it... it wouldn't be pretty. Nice ideas, just the wrong part of the world geographically for them
