Uh .... just a wild guess but maybe Masa of Masamania.

Masa is our forum's only "Honorary Fucked Gaijin." By day he's one of few rare remaining working press photographers. Yes, his engrish is a bit much, but hey, he's an artiste. His outsider photos of real Japan are fearless and unique. Masa's been beaten for taking a "difficult" shots---He's the real deal and what fuckwad CJ could only dream of as a journalist.
