Carrier mail on smartphones

Postby matsuki » Thu Aug 01, 2013 1:37 pm

Anyone else absolutely hate this shit now?

Although I hardly ever use it, LINE and Gmail have made it virtually obsolete....but occasionally I get carrier spam or a technology retarded individual shoots me a mail there. On my pretty damn recent docomo smartphone, I'm averaging a 50% success rate at receiving carrier mail and something like a 30% success rate sending it. Gmail, Line, etc. works flawlessly but it seems almost everytime I get a mail at my @docomo.ne.jp address, I have the same "Mail receiving error" message and when I reply, it takes multiple attempts for the mail to go through. (think "connecting to mail server" message for several minutes)
