Personal Classifieds - where are they now?

Postby Mini_B » Fri Oct 24, 2003 11:49 am

Hey FG's,

I'm wondering what happened to the Tokyo Classifieds that used to be quite an entertaining mag and, I must be honest, a good source for finding SJF sleastacks and getting my little Peter moist. I know Metropolis is now the name of the e-zine....but where did the personals traffic go?

THANKS -

I thought that Japan Todayand Tokyo calssified were one and the same. Japan Todays classifieds are here.

Are you new here or are you a regular member that wanted an alias?

I to am also looking for a good classified site. I know yahoo japan has one but it is in japanese(not a problem to navigate but the ads are pretty hard to reply to.) Also http://www.gaijinpot.com has a classified section.

I wish there was a personals section here I am sure it would be fun :!: :!:

Your little peter can just flip to the back pages of Metropolis magazine. They retained all their personal ads and classifieds in the last section.

Metropolis

Does that mean I have to actually get off of my ass and go get the hardcopy? I'd rather read it online. Oh well.

Yes, I'm new to FG. I take off my hat to whoever got this going. Where can I get a shirt?

I have a question...has anyone ever had this fantasy of tackling a business man while he's running to catch the train? I sometimes have to hold myself back from taking out one of these dudes while they're scampering through the crowd. I've been thinking about this quite often lately. I've actually visualized the hit, the crowd's response...and the trash talking I would do after the collision. Oh well...I'm really a very nice guy when you get to know me.

Hmmm, actually, tackling a salaryman would be a great way to take out all that repressed anger against disgusting oyajis everywhere. If I see one of them running through the station banging into people and generally being rude, delivering a nice cut block at the knees would make me feel pretty good.

*dont* flame me for this alright..

but that gopher esque salariman might well be a producer or project leader on some amazing new game, or involved in the story dev of your fave manga , or editing assistant on one of your fave tv shows

rather than fucking up the day of some poor bloke you dont know, and add to the general bad image fg have

do the right thing

head down to the local game centre and play some virtua cop 3 or something..

Of course, I wouldn't actually tackle some guy in the station - I was speaking tongue in cheek.

yeah... why is that?? I worked in the game industry for a small time and after that I would never play video games at all. I simply did not like them anymore.

I now am starting to use my PS2 again.. but not much. I may still bring it with me to Japan just to have a DVD at the very least..
