Firstly I'd like to say I don't curently live in Japan but I plan on visiting and or possibly living there in the next few years. I plan on getting a tattoo like the one in the attachment but I was curious if I got this tattoo and yakuza seen this while I was there would they do anything? or would they all just know since I'm a tall white guy that I couldn't be in the yakuza anyways. I really like the art style and the Japanese culture even though I'm aware there is a very negative stigma attached to such tattoo's Thanks guys

If you don't plan on going to the beach, going to an onsen, going to tokyo summerland (or any other water park), going to a public pool, getting a massage (real one not shinjuku special), walking around in a tank top, or playing a game of shits vs skins you should be fine.

Ball point pens work, sometimes, when the skin is dry, after few notes, they clog and you just scratch the skin and write stuff in blood. Alcohol pens not reliably at handwriting size, just the huge one to draw penis on the forehead of passed out buds... Don't they have temporary tat00 pen... Things ?

Some of them can look past a retarded western tattoo or two but yak-ish tattoos are like the ultimate red flag for them.
