Ah come on, now your just trollin... If you seriously want one I am going home around Thanksgiving and can have one sent to my dad to bring back and ship to you if you pay for it all. I will have one demand though and that is you take pictures and show them on here in public. Serious offer if you pay for whatever my costs are.

And to answer the original question, for a small company produced product like that no way. If you do find it will cost 2, 3, 4x more than it would in the countries they ship to. It is a common thing with that kind of item.

Not trolling, it' would be to replace my workshop apron when I need to do work in the parking outside.

The apron is good for woodworking in the nude... But is kinda backless...

And I really absolutely hate wearing pants when tinkering, for hundreds of reason... One of the most painfull one was getting an arm stuck between the fender and the harbles crushed by a combo wallet/pants fold
For a good 40 minutes...

plus kilt are like total badass awesome...

100_2040.jpg

(and with the freak show that japanese street fashion is... even in my neck of the wood... i would not even make a blip on the radar)

mah question for a local importer was because usually my first reflex is to buy oversea, then discover the same thing available locally for cheaper. Thinkgeek is the posterchild for this... Nearly all their stuff is available either from dealextreme or in normal shops, when you know which one to search for...

If you honestly want one let me know in pm. I am not going to take the time to find them here for you but I can easily order one on the US site and get one sent to my dad and have it back to you around Dec. 5-7th (After I get home and the jet lag is over and I remember oh yeah I need to send that guy his kilt.) You will pay me up front by furikomi or something and I will order it for you to my dad's address and bring it home in my suitcase. Then I can send it it when I get back and have finally become coherent, will send by chyakubarai. I'll be pissed though if you don't pay upfront and I have a kilt that is way too fat for me lol. Happy to help out though seriously.

I was going to say "Jesus, four hours in the middle of the night, including disturbing a good samaritan prepared to go out of his way to do you a favour, all to be resolved with 'it's OK, they ship anyway'," but then, I realised without these threads a lot of the entertainment value would be missing from here. It is a shame that we miss out on the daguerréotype though.

Closest thing to a kilt seems to be fashion now here in J-land, I see all kinds of humans, male and female, running around in these potato bags:

Thought, if them youngsters can do, me oldster can do, too, and ordered one. Comfy, you should try it :)

The old Romans knew, how to dress in warm weather. Wonder, why the Gauls won the fashion war.

Are you an incarnation of Coligny, or what?!?

I didn't watch the video, though, because it is probably not allowed for under-60s...
