The pins and decoration on Abe's vest is getting outta control, he's gunna soon [edit] LOOK like a Paris Dakar racing truck...

It took some hunting down (searching for "Abe medal" gives lots of Lincoln related hits) but apparently the blue one is to express his support for abductees
The other, white background one appears to be a symbol of support for Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
