Speaking of which, is there a reglementary size for these and old driver signs ? The karimen drivers rectangle is highly regulated for its size and position on the front and back of the car. But for the beginner and old driver signs it's just "display it front and back" I found some half size reflective that seems sufficient, but not sure of the R&T law position on that...

I will give Japanese prewar education it's due...at least they got the grammar right. Postwar, the Japanese have spent billions and billions of dollars on Engrish education and probably only very few would be able to produce a sentence so grammatically correct even now.
