Does anyone know of a charity (such as a homeless project, for example) which will take second-hand clothes? I`m quite happy to deliver anywhere in Tokyo or Chiba (preferably either Ueno or Narita, if poss.).

I think I've seen some large bins outside of some suburban department stores that are for collecting second hand clothes. (Haven't used them myself because I always give my second hand stuff to a friend's son who is about my size)

You could always just try handing them to homeless folk. Can't say how they will react, but considering that is approaching Winter, I think you'll find a few takers, depending on what you have to offer.
