Big Shoes

After extensive research I have managed to get a Japanese website that has Large (well normal to us)size shoes for men and women.

Here is a breakdown of what I have found.

http://www.tyomora.co.jp/ Sizes 22 ~ 30 but some 31, 32 , 33 Japanese and Engrish. I have had a good look at this site although it is not the best looking. There is a very big selection. Even has a good refund policy.

I have also looked at a load of conversion charts. I dont feel hugely confident in any of them.

If anybody has had any actual experience with these sizes please tell. As I am very doubtfull they are exact I take a uk Size 12 and used a measuring tape and I was 30cm it may Just be the Designers.

Some runners (in ireland we call trainers runners, aint that silly) like VANS usualy I find that a smaller size is ok if you are in need of shoes.

thanks!!! I just got back here last week and forgot to bring socks.....I have been running around all of Aichi looking for a place that has socks larger that 22-27 cm. I wear a size 12 shoe!!! (I came from south Florida where its hot all year and I dont wear anything but sandles, which is why I forgot socks. )

that sucks, I went to sport authority at the aeon like 2 doors down and only found socks that were 18-22. I need a 30 at least.

I am not sure its something you would want to be boasting about. Might distroy some Japanese expectations.
