Have never been much interested in Eurovision song festival, since most contestants used to be of second-rank, but I took a peek this year anyway, and was surprised by the good level of some of them.

This is the one I liked most (having to confess that I watched only a few others).

Usually the opposite happens, despite warning of my "kowareta nihongo" once they see I know few words and understand a bit more it usually take no more than few minutes for people to stop using simple words/sentences spoken slowly and switch to a regular/quick flow. Happens all the time with the vet these days, for feline matters no probs I always manage to follow but when she switch to gearhead chitchat I feel like I'm falling from a plane in mid air...

Don't know if satirical or not, but as sumeone who mostly listen to movies OST scores, I found it quite cool. Would fit in a reboot of Hellraiser or Hellbound...

Sidenote, just making me realize that for the biggest part of the last 20 years I've been listening to this single track in loop:
