3 arrested for harassing international students

According to this article in Japanese three "juveniles" between the ages of 18 and 19 have been arrested on suspicion of harassing international students in Tosu-shi, Saga-ken. They allegedly targeted 19 students from Nepal, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka at a Japanese school in multiple incidents. They would apparently approach them in their car, ask the students questions like where they came from, and then egg them, shoot them with airguns, or spray them with mayonnaise. They're also suspected of spraying a 20-year-old Japanese women with mayo in a separate incident.

There is also a comment from the school head, saying that it has happened multiple times and the international students endured the harassment silently.

I think the police took action after the school complained to them.
