Police in Yachiyo, Chiba Prefecture, said Sunday that a 35-year-old woman and her three children, aged 2, 6 and 7, fell to their deaths from the 14th floor of an apartment block.

According to police, the incident occurred just before 6 p.m. Saturday. TBS quoted police as saying that the family did not live in the building but resided about two kilometers away, and believe the mother may have thrown the children to their deaths first and then jumped.

Looney bitches everywhere, no arguing with that. Would be interesting to see some statistics though. The state of counseling/support here as well as the cultural mindset when it comes to dealing with that sort of stuff doesn't exactly bode to well to suicidal people in general.

Never been banned, quit on purpose after an exceptionally bad weekend around 2007 i think. The mod was a jap (easy to spot as he didn't catch any english slang used to ridicule him) who's idea of moderation was to cut the sentence of the post totally changing their meaning or making them just totally unintelligible. After dicking around until the monday morning me and a few other poster decided to just fuck of... We also fired some emails to the meatguy in Nagoya questionning his sponsorship of a website who was just basically "jap english news against foreigner". I remember that reading their Takechan level trollbaiting headlines was starting to be literally vomit inducing.

It was really funny though because it was the same week the jap governement wanted to forbid internet anonymous comment. The whole situation making a good example of why it was really not a good idea...
