Has anybody else noticed that The Japan Times went out of business this afternoon at 4pm?

UPDATE: My guess is that The Japan Times is under some sort of DOS attack and is refusing foreign IP addresses (like my VPN). For example if I try to use a proxy, The Japan Times rejects me.

I checked their Twitter feed and yes nobody noticed that they where off-line for 2+ hours.

(The Japan Times website is back to normal now...bah, no fun.)
