Japan's own invention, instant death in a cup, is finally attracting the love it deserves for its extruded soft wheat flour with no vitamins or other nutritional value, laden with MSG, deep fried in saturated-fat palm oil as to maintain its spirochete shape and served in a broth choked with salt, lard and preservatives. Talking about allergies, I recently noticed that I am pretty sensitive to food with a long expiration date, which makes me believe that there is some incompatibility of my body with food preservatives.

Does anybody know where to go to get your allergies tested?

Also, it seems that labeling on food is not so clear in this respect as in the US and the EU.
