Nooooooooo! Maybe, just maybe, 10% of the installed base of PC have TV tuners, but 50%?!$#@!

Maybe that is belivable....

Since everybody uses their PC as a TV, it means....

NO MORE NHK !!!

What are they going to do? They can take one look at your PC and they can't tell if it's got a TV tuner card in it or not!!!
