Apartment in Saitama or Tokyo !! needed in Dec.

I'm looking for an apartment in Saitama near Akebane, Urawa or Omiya.

I would also consider living in Tokyo if the living conditions are decent.
My budget is around 85,000 per month give or take a little.
If anyone has an idea I would greatly appreciate it.
These online apartment guides are silly expensive (even for Japan).
Looking for some references..
