I am about to make my own site. I am going to use CSS extensivly. I plan on putting in what everybody seems to have now is a shout box.
A good example of css usage can be found at http://www.webdiod.com this site is pretty nice but a little to much flash. I want to use CSS everywhere so my mother does not need to install flash.
Anyway I came across a site while i was looking for ideas. HERE This wont be the effect i am looking for but i am sure some of you will love it.

The look and feel of Killer Seizure Robots has less to do with CSS and more to do with animated GIFs.
