Doubly painfull if you are married to a cinemoron who never get over the fact their was a 'famous' actor (i/e semi recognisable chimp) in Gamera 2 while it was only a movie for kids. Had to make her realize that with the steaming pile of shit the average japanese movie was there was not margin to make them even worse for younger audience.

She also consider the Hunt for the Red October as a noisy action movie difficult to follow because all the actors look the same.

Not planning for crazy amounts of snow in Yuzawa winters is akin to not planning for getting wet when scuba diving. It's probably some sort of (lack of) maintenance issue though, I doubt it would have survived this long if it was planned for.
