It is disgusting, and has a real fowl smell even in the boons. I have a Brita Water filter and can't live without it here.


And the filters for it are made specifically for Japan.. it even says don't use filters from other countries on the box.. LOL I guess other countries don't need to remove toxic sludge.

Actualy I never drink tap water, Recently I will only drink fruit juice/liquid calories.

I am not a salesman. In fact I bought my filter at "Japan" the "import/cheap/green" store just down the street from my pad..

I drink a lot of water by habit and don't want to spend a lot for bottled water, so I just drink the water from the tap. There's a filter attached to the tap in the kitchen and it tastes fine. My gf won't drink it even with the filter, though. To me there's something more frightening about the Lawson brand water she drinks.

I'm used to the tap water here. Can taste a bit of chlorine to it, but then with the bottled stuff I can taste the plastisizer.

Short answer NO, thats including coke bottlers. They use the local water source i.e. the cheapest they can find and purify the water in house. I cant remember where i saw the story but there is a lot of shit thet happened in India where PCB's were found in Coke a cola
