Japanese reports (headlines.yahoo.co.jp) are coming out that Mitsuhiro Wada, the second in charge at the Japanese Embassy in Beijing and the expected future Ambassador to China, has been recalled to Japan after he was spotted traipsing around in public in women's clothing. :mrgreen:

I would caution it could be a witch hunt, but either way it is sure to be a real drag for Mr. Wada.
