The average American works hard all his life but still can't catch up with inflation.


And how many salarymen do we see pushing 60-70 hour work weeks?? Hell, 65 hours probably isn't even a tough week for some fellas.

It's cool that they have those comics, though. It's just perpetuating our (any gaijin; especially American) labor-worth in Japan.....

In his comics, the main character is usually a commentator, drawn to look like Mr Kobayashi, who goes into emotional overdrive at what he sees as the failure of Japanese society to stand up to the world, especially the United States
