Too bad there would be no way to determine whether or not he cashed out before killing himself. I can't imagine there'd be any records of those types of transactions.

The really sad part is that the victims' families could probably easily find the perpetrator's home address but won't do anything about it even if they do. That would make a cool Koji Yakusho movie. Kataki Uchi: Shokku no jiken
