You do get the occasional kid like that. When I was teaching high school on JET there was one ichi nensei girl in my class who hadn't spent anytime abroad other than a couple of weeks' homestay in junior high who spoke English like a kikokushijo. I was pretty shocked the first time the she opened her mouth. She said she was just into it and studied really hard. She obviously had a gift and most importantly wasn't afraid to speak. She was also pretty weird.

Yeah, fair points. Watching it again you can hear a slight something of an accent. I dated a few girls like that in Kyoto. Smart, outgoing, and really, really weird. Mostly just quirky weird, but yeah.......weird. And dirty, so that was fun. I have always claimed it's like people that can learn music by ear; being tone deaf it is a difficult hypothethith to test. Judging from its age (fall 2014), it's a Japanese parody (most likely a Brit actually) of a Nike commercial that somehow didn't go viral. The subtitles are bogus (right?). I have no other info except that the video comes from entire collection of twisted commercials, a few with Japanese content(YouHaveSchizophrenia's youtube channel).
