Backpacks are so normcore.

I want to murder people who write these kind of article...

Please...

Legalize murder...

Pretty please...

When there are not many things to carry around, small backpacks come in handy.

Oh, yes, murder them, peel their skin off, crack open their skull scoop out their useless brain and take a dump to fill it back...

Bulky packs tone down girlie fashion a little while compact backpacks add a feminine touch to boyish style. Backpacks are thus in fashion as the perfect item for young women wanting a well-balanced casual look.

-wanted- small yield tacticool nukular warhead with activation codes
Possible bulk order follow up if satisfactory

Thank you for pointing that out.

They don't even have to try, do they? I find it sweet. The other day a Brit that has been in Vancouver for 30 years asked whether I could make the soccer game we have scheduled "a fortnight" from now. I almost busted out a "I Jolly Well Shall, old chap".

Yanpa wrote:Oh terribly sorry, I meant knapsack.

Now we're getting somewhere. BTW, interesting that a haversack covers your back in Legion-land. I am almost willing to bet it's just a hanging mussette pouch here.
Ooook!!!!!!!!!!!! It's the same there now too.

Not a bad deal, actually, but I for one am going to miss being separated by a common language. :cry2:

Coligny,
Muchly agreed. Just when you thought there was nowhere left to scrape they find the barrel has a new bottom and dive right in.

Wow, a haversack is defined as having only one shoulder strap, never knew that, I always associated the name with being made of canvas.

How about the definition of duffle bag?

To me this is not a duffle (it's a hold all or grip)

but this is

bought a cheap back pack yesterday, so next time I bump into Yanps in Akiba I will be correctly attired.

This is something new? I though college girls in Japan have always dressed like shit.

I'd call the first one a roll bag.

The first one is a picture perfect duffle bag to me, and thank you for spelling it right. The second one is a Gayass Japanese Man Bag.

BTW, I do believe that duffle is the shit you put in it, as in the eponymous coat.

duffle

duf·fel or duf·fle (dŭf′əl)
n.
1. A blanket fabric made of low-grade woolen cloth with a nap on both sides.
2. Clothing and other personal gear carried by a camper.
[Dutch, after Duffel, a town in Belgium.]

American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fifth Edition. Copyright © 2011 by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company.

Thesaurus:
Noun 1. duffle - a large cylindrical bag of heavy clothduffle - a large cylindrical bag of heavy cloth; for carrying personal belongings
duffel, duffel bag, duffle bag
2. drawstring bag - a bag that is closed at the top with a drawstring

According to Fefarif definiton #2, you win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As noted in an article on gHacks, new updates pushed out recently to Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 include features that introduce some severe data collection and tracking features that some users will be uncomfortable with.

LV might be 90s but coach isn't high-end enough to be it's replacement.

Who needs water? Yesterday I dangled a girl over the hole I dug for my utility pole. It was too muddy to actually put her inside and not get a beating but it's deep enough that I don't think she would have been able to climb out before I grabbed a shovel

It was too good a setup not to! She was standing over it asking what I dug it for

I actually switched to an XXXL version of what you posted a few years back though...when travelling, it helps to be able to throw your regular suitcase in it rather than try to drag it and a suitcase wherever you're going.

Yes, but that one of yours that takes it for granted you are driving to the rink in yer 1/4 ton pickup with a stop at Tim's or Duffy's on the way there and again on the way home. I have noticed a fair bit of fem-creep at the rink with those sorts of bags Matsuki posted, and while I am not man enough to accept it as a proper hockey bag it makes way more sense if you are relying on transit or ride pooling. Or just a bit of a femdork. Not that there's anything wrong with that, ferschur, eh! ;)

LOL, what do you guys have against giant backpacks? When you're in a crowded locker room, the backpack is also easier to make room for since it opens on the front rather than the top/side. Shit...all this talk about it makes me want to switch back to a backpack....dragging a big ass bag up and down 3 stories of narrow stairs is not so fun.
