-Although I thought it was interesting that the "I bought it from a Gaijin" finger was pointed out in the report. I'm thinking right about now that Japan hasn't really caught on to the drug-testing mandate for such public servants as firemen, police, and or persons operating machinery or transportation vehicles.

Shimoju has reportedly confessed to using stimulants since February. He said he bought the stimulants that were found in his possession from a foreigner.

"I bought them from a foreigner in (Shibuya) at the beginning of December," he was quoted as telling investigators.

They said it twice...


I bet he got it from a Japanese friend and used the gaijin story to protect that person
