As the year-end draws near, police gear up to bust young and reckless drivers of motorcycles and cars who are in the habit of making their way to Mount Fuji while causing havoc on expressways.
The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) today carried out a simulation drill to crack down on hot-rodders, who are famous for gathering from around the country and then driving recklessly on their way to Mount Fuji on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
