The candidate had a few years gap in her resume and the Finnish guy asked why. It was because the candidate had taken time off to raise her kid. He saw that as a ridiculous excuse that would never fly in Finland since they have such great programs to make sure women can work and be mothers. He said that because of that women who choose to stay home beyond maternity leave are seen as lazy. I don't know if his attitude was typical but it wouldn't surprise me if it was.
