Hmmm. A lot of it is no doubt but given how big, shamelessly elitist and corrupt it is - or at least was when I was there, I would expect them to have quite a few rather nicely manicured golf courses. The company staff house for lowish level engineers that I worked for had a mansion in a walled garden with a pool, housekeeper/cook, maid and gardener. When they had parties apparently the local police were hired to supervise parking and keep riff raff (like other police) out.

And they're hiring:

I wonder if this will prompt a healthy discussion as to why the owner decided to call it that?
Probably the same reason he went to the party.

Never heard of Rapeseed oil? Also known as Canola . The Rape (or Rapeseed) plant is the third largest source of vegetable oil in the world. It's profusion of bright yellow flowers disfigures quite a lot of English countryside - Along with poly tunnels for strawberries.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Even money says yes he has, because that is what is was called when he was a kiddy in Canader. Is Canola not technically not quite rape? The flowering season was the bane of my spring in Edinburger.

And just to prove that the PC Police really have gone mad:

While many Tisdale residents take pride in town’s abundant rapeseed crop, officials wonder if motto could be interpreted as ‘insensitive’

Quite right, as a wee lad in Canuckistan, the crop/plant was simply called rape. Not sure if something was changed other than the name when canola became a thing. Sounds way too much like granola for my liking. The photo came to my attention as the wives of some military personnel stationed here were all aflutter on a Facebook group about the very "insensitive" label.
