I agree - it is `shit`, and no, I don`t put shit in my mouth.

Weird because it's just noodles and beef or chicken in broth that is generally pretty light in flavor.

The cilantro, chili, and all that other stuff you add on your own so it's pretty easy to adjust it to your liking.

It, or at least coriander, is roundly hated here by the missus. I quite like it myself.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

My pho came with Fido. But my aversion for pho is that it is soft, tasteless, and white. I don`t drink milk, consume yogurt, normally eat white rice, etc. Reminds me of clabberd milk, soured whey, rotten cottage cheese, etc.

I finally found a use for Trump's presidential bid. Recently a few of my Japanese friends have said they really hope we don't elect Trump. I replied he's pretty much like Ishihara. That's the first time I've been able to get Tokyoites to understand what a fuckwad Blinky is/was.

blatantly-flattering-china aussie government booted japan out of deal.
one of the people said the Japanese bid was viewed as having “considerable risk,” given Japanese inexperience building naval equipment overseas.

“The Japanese government and businesses are not used to working together to win such contracts. That is probably a reason for their loss in the latest bidding,” he said.

aside from Mitsubishi and j-gov, most of j-netizens dont believe aussie gov's sit-on-the-fenceare policy and are welcoming for japan to get rejected out of the deal.

Considerable risk.... Like, you know, putting little bombs in front of your face and calling them "safe"

or "misplacing" $4billion

or straight up lying about your numbers

or stealing Zaha's design and then demanding she gives up all rights

or well, Japan.

If Abe were really serious about making Japan a global power again he would give the regulatory agencies some teeth and then ban that second pension shit so the old cunts won't have incentive to favor the companies over the citizens. National branding doesn't only apply to tourism, it really matters in business these days and lately Japan' business reputation has been worse than China.

Pretty much THIS but based on the precious reports and the last comments, I'd say the Japanese bid came across as both condescending and showed how difficult they would be to work with.

looks like you dont even know fallacy of composition. firstly acquire the basic of thinking before posing to know everything.

some aussie correctly understand what they really need.

@Diane @Darren The crew sizes are apples and oranges. German submarines largely have smaller crew's because the nations that use them generally do far less with them and operate in a more confined area of the world.

Australia operates in an area of the world that has us watching 20% of the worlds oceans, We travel further and longer then any one else outside of a nuclear submarine. The result is we need multiple crew's to perform a greater range of tasks meaning larger total crew's, No matter which submarine we choose we will still end up with a crew of no less then 50, more likely above 60.

http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/sout ... y-comments

both german type and french type cannot cover the expected purpose for aussie marine defence.
or aussies have a plan to convert the french type to nuclear powered one in the future?
well, aussie government is trying to buy totally meaningless stuffs for aussie marine defence by using their national tax.
but it seems like most of aussie fellows havent noticed it.

The French "Barracuda" crew stat says 60 + 20 special forces. the German "Type 216" crew stat says 60 +16 special forces....so your point is the smaller Japanese subs in the bid were too small?

barracuda-class is originally designed to nuclear powered. the body is too big for diesel. if they build it with diesel engine, the cruising speed will be like a turtle walking on land. its equal to an underwater coffin. or they will convert it to nuke powered in the future as i said above?

Fuck the commie Chinese. Get them from Japan, with reactors. And let them build a few more for their own navy, too. And fit those E-767's at Hamamatsu with aerial refueling as well.

It's the 1990s Taiwan sub purchase all over again. So sick of the Chicoms trying to nose into other peoples defence purchasing affairs. If they want to play with the big boys it's about time they grew up and stop being crybabies whenever other people in the region want an insurance policy.

Wasn't that the 1980s?

For the non-Dutch among us, this refers to the immense pressure from China on the Netherlands to not sell subs to Taiwan. In the end the Dutch gave in. Unfortunately.

I read somewhere that the Japanese subs were designed for Japanese body sizes, but it would be hard to fit those Ozzy blokes into them.

Somewhere else I read that the Germans offered to build the subs in Oz for less than half the price of the French.

Those frogs must have paid substantial bribes...

Question of storage space maybe. Where the French would have a wine cellar, the Aussies can store their six packs. Germans would only have space for sauerkraut; goes a long way for them but then, maybe it's not for everyone

your 2chan fucks need to do some real research in a United Nations standard language.

The sub purchased was downsized from the barracuda class in order to fit regional diesel (refillable) service. Good enough under the global US umbrella.

And that is the point. Australia doesn't need "boomers", the USA only needs six to cover the entire planet without MIRVs. With MIRVs the USA needs two, yes 2.

Russia's recent antics are only directed at the EU minus the UK. Russia supports the brit exit.

I could write a more in depth analysis but after many years here in japan I know you couldn't understand anything above high school level for Detroit.

We sold them a couple in the 1980s, and they liked them so much that in 1992 they ordered 4 more but we were simply told by diplomats and politicians we couldn't build them. I have been told the contemporary Walrus class subs as delivered to the RNLN are still among the best non-nuke subs in NATO more than 20 years on, and I must say I'm still damn proud my now-deceased grandfather had a small hand in building them in Rotterdam. As a kid I even got to attend a launch of one of the new Walrus class in 1993, just before he retired.

I'm sorry to get all sappy but it is a matter close to my heart ;)
