The vending machine around the corner has been proudly displaying that potage for a few weeks now. I was almost psyched up enough to give it a try, but after reading your characterization, that idea has gone down the toilet.

Something about it being made by Calpis makes it seem even less appetizing. With a whopping 3% juice... what is the rest?

Ohhhh, I think you've been reading my mail.
"Calpis" is too close to my Christian name in Spanish and I'm less than 48 hours from being back home on "el Ranchero Raucho" in Burning Tree Colorado. My Spanglish-speaking pose' back home pisses in their cowboy boots when I bring 'em a 6-pack of Calpis from Japan. :P

Nah, haven't figured out how to do that yet. But today I did get a chuckle, though, out of watching a certain FG member's IRC conversation about moving to Japan. He didn't know there were other FGs lurking on Japanese channels :twisted:

I think it tastes like cardboard corn ass... :D I suppose if you were starving it might be a nice dish.. but slurpy corn soup in a can just doesn't do it for me :wink:

And if you get it where it pours it into a paper cup... now that really isn't fit to feed a beast much less consume.
