Ok, ok, seriously...Ginza is not very affordable. Prices start around 10,000 yen for a watered down drink and copping a feel.

Actualy i have a feeling that the drinks are stronger in some clubs because they want you to get drunk. I even think the mix it with something else. Not speaking from experience though.

By Japanese law(when it is enforced) most stripclubs dont take off the knickers. So you are not going to see much in the way of nude women.
