You often hear this about family issues which end up in court, as if all parties are morally deficient for appealing to the law of the land to adjudicate between contesting claims when that's what it's there to do. One of the parties claimed she had an entitlement through children by Fischer. It was established this was untrue. Why should anyone have been obliged to make an accommodation to her?

I've had a lawsuit filed for 2+ years...there are several steps and ways to resolve the dispute BEFORE it gets into public view in court. I'm still waiting for the dodgy fucker's lawyer to reply to us regarding a mediation date but it could very well be on the next news coverage of shifty Chinese "business" practices.
