The other day, I got to play dominos with the local shufuatsumari bicycles. They literally blocked off the entire entrance to the conbini with a semi-circle of bicycles. They didn't see me do it but then the dude at the koban came over and started lecturing them. (they were also blocking half the road)

But also... The fact that someone think that running (or even building) a nukaplant 50km from an active volcano And keeping it running during eruptions is a good idea is still remarkable.
