Good point. Politics, business and organised crime are pretty inseparable and run to very deep, clannish and murky waters in that part of the world. I had the same feeling about the MAS disappearance.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Dutch call for UN Tribunal over downed Malaysian Air flight

Postby kurogane » Sat Jul 04, 2015 10:31 am

Apparently the Dutch and Malaysian authorities have agreed to seek a tribunal to examine the tragic downing of a Malaysian Airlines flight last year over one of those shiitehole countries that used to be part of the Soviet Union. When asked about financial arrangments, the Dutch spokesperson said:

We expect that each partner will pay their own share of the costs, although I am not sure how you would put that in idiomatic English.

Maybe they can pimp out the Dutch wife? If she's not slaving away in front of the Dutch oven, that is.

1. We get our news from Lebanese media sources now?
2. Right tragic airline, wrong tragic flight.

Spot the difference.

MH370
MH 17

Granted, some of the conspiracy theories do suggest that MH370 was landed in remote Kazakhstan or somewhere.

Please accept my apologies: my memory was that MH17 had been in a Dreamliner batteries thread or something equally inappropriate, but a quick search shows that MH17 has been in this thread all along.

If I am the New Thread Police, why do we have threads anyway? Let's jumble all conversations together! I do make comment at multiple threads on the same subject, though.

One can only conclude that some higher spiritual being really wants us not to know what happened to that plane.

If they are evacuating Saint Andre because of Piton de la Fournaise, then they must be evacuating the entire island, because Saint Andre is not in the south east, it is in the north east. But the reports do not suggest that the whole island is being evacuated. Indeed, the exclusion zone is very limited, and the government is giving advice on car parking for those going to look at the eruption, and please take your trash home with you.

I think the news media is rushing to publish again. The investigators may have left the island because they don't want to be trapped there by a Eyjafjallajökull style dust cloud, but that is not an evacuation.

Unless of course the Dharma Initiative falls under Russell's definition of Superior Being.

Piece of plane wreckage found on Thailand coast prompting speculation it's linked to missing MH370

Japan launched a missile at MH370 hijacked and flying over Thailand!
The debris in Thailand isn’t MH370, it looks a lot like a Japanese H-IIA rocket fairing.

I think it is unlikely from MH370, given the location where it was found.

If this becomes a trend it could make air travel way more interesting. I wonder if the Replicants have the Egypt Air and the Malaysian planes in the same secret hangar base or if they separate them for secrecy?

where is the plane dude? Tsuru?

This flight was almost at it's destination and disappeared over open water. A bomber would want that thing to come down in a place where he/she would get credit. Wait a few hours and BOOM where no one can figure out what happened? Something is wrong here. No distress call?

Bad maintenance sounds more likely. Egypt isn't doing well these days. They feel the need to keep the planes in the air even if they are at LESS THAN HALF capacity. The plane was a Airbus A320 which normally carries 150 passengers. 66 people including crew is far below capacity. I fly all over fuck and I can't remember a flight being less than half booked in the last 15 years.
