I think she's beyond the age for them to go that far just to keep her in AV but I suppose anything is possible. To normal people they are the same. In psychological terms cross dressing is more of a thing that develops due to problems in one's life and transvestites are either born that way or it was a result of society preying on the poor like what happens in India or Thailand.
