Japan won't intern foreigners in any future war

The Japanese government will submit bills to the upcoming session of parliament that will rule out internment of ordinary foreign citizens in time of war, even with their home countries, government sources said Wednesday.

Wow... Internment is still an issue in the world? We intern them 50 years ago, and haven't done anything similar since, but they're just now assuring people they won't do the same in the future? Ah, Japan, always with the times.
