Does anybody know of a company in Japan that delivers foreign food (things like Blue Cheese/Ranch Dressings that taste right without soy sauce or sesame or whatever the hell they put in their dressings to make sure they taste like shit) and has an English website?

Check out Expat Express and The Foreign Buyers' Club. Both sites are in English and between the two of them you get a good selection of salad dressings from Kraft, Good Seasons, Wishbone, Newman's Own and Hidden Valley.

And I'm sure you'll find tons of other foods you didn't realize you were missing.

Find out the names of the types of stuff you like online and then I'll pick it up for you when I go to COSTCO Machida (I go once every 3 weeks). Costco has an takyubin sevice in-store that charges 800yen per 8kg box for Kansai and 500yen per box for Kanto. As I've said before in the thread Re: fcked deodorants!

New in the "foreign aid" service to FG is TheFlyingPig.comwhich will send super-cheap COSTCO Japan goods by Japanese post. Their prices are lower than the FBC.
