They didn't even tell the seller. When I emailed him after he contacted ebay global shipping services they answered that they "disposed of " the item.

yea... destroying a non compliant item without recourse or offering the paying option to either returning it back for a fee or proposing an other shipping option is really the gold standard of service.

If you refuse to transport an item, you block and send i back. you don't destroy it.

Yes, FedEx is a bit hit and miss here. They have sent packages back without even knocking on our door. Once wifey saw on the tracking, that a package should be here, but it was already on the way back. She called and could save it another round trip.

Maenwhile my package has made another move of > 6000km in my direction --- from Memphis Tennessee to Anchorage Alaska **sigh**
