Then list the numerous situation restricting the use of highbeams.
According to a graphic on the motorcycle section, head light seems to refer to any forward facing lights without discrimination.

So jumping from must use headlights to must use highbeams seems quite a shortcut. (where did they found that yellow version of Shkreli PharmaBro anyway)

The obvious solution would have been simply "Girl Power"---That is, remove the spurious plural and include at least a half space between the words in "GIRLSPOWER".

However, some asswipe Chinese firm is squatting on the "Girl PowerTM" trademark, so some compromise that's more grammatical/natural than "GIRLSPOWER" would have been better.

Don't they have a platform 0 in JR Kyoto station too? (from where the Thunderbird leaves)

Normally you would expect the Thunderbird to depart from Platform 5! 4! 3! 2! 1! but since Kyoto Station has no Platform 1 it has a Platform 0 instead.
