It's the bomb... (not Japan related)

It's the bomb...
a TEXT BOMB, grrr.

For you folks using iOS on your iPhone/iPad, or MacOS on your whatever machine,
today a few "fun-loving" folks are adding a text bomb---single Indian Unicode character that will crash almost any Mac, iOS or Apple Watch app. techcrunch.com/2018/02/15/iphone-text-bomb-ios-mac-crash-apple/

Super annoying...but the crash is not a big deal unless you have an iWatch.
The text bomb just forces you log in from your spare Linux/Windoz/virtual machine and remove the offending character from your email or use a browser in a non-Apple environment. The patch ought be be coming in a few days.

(Yep, I got bombed by this a couple of times today, saaaaa. )

___________
UPDATE:
The "magic character" also seems to to bomb WiFi network names, inside Uber profiles, Slack, Mail, Messages, Facebook, Instagram, Chrome and bunch of other serious stuff.

The character is from Telugu, a south-Indian language. Luckily, even in Telugu the use of the character is odd like Japanese ヲ is fairly uncommon in everyday language.
