holy fuck, they look more manly than most dudes here...

Mrs. Yanpa agreed with me the other day when I said they look less feminine than the men's team.

And that's a fairly charitable statement, innit! :smile2:

Not a single one of them in that pic above looks female. :puke:

There are some manly/new-haafu looking womens on the other teams...but dayam, the whole group in that shot.

So, BOT:

http://www.fifa.com/womensworldcup/play ... index.html

Punch the Teams button, and Japan. I score it as 8 or 9 females out of a possible 23. Utsugi #13 is actually quite pretty. Also, the Full Dyke Do isn't helping at least 6 or 7 of them. Grow it out a bit and get rid of that Japan National Pumpkin colour and a few of them would be unmistakably women. I will give them charm points for smiling more, though, almost as though they were enjoying playing a fucking ball game and doing it at 45% the level of the men's game. The English were alright at it, but the Canadians and Americans both looked like they were out there to save the whales or stop child slavery they were so damn earnest and growly. It was like watching a bunch of women imitate the American men's net ball or run around in tights and helmets leagues, the ones with all the Angry Negro and Fat White men that get paid to play a game.

And that American captain definitely takes the Golden Balls award. She looks more masculine than most male contestants on those Star Search programs.

Is the one on our left related to that Oregon girl that got done for Adderral in Japan a few months back? Around the mouth they look like sisters.............

Definitely a touch female bodybuilder for my tastes but at least it's not that weird androgynous thing the Jpn and the American Captain Manbach have going.

Too Bubbari-??? Her thighs would have to be 2 inches bigger for it to really work for me, but she's from Surrey anyways, and she's a painted lady. BTW, given all the outrage about the sexism of the athletes' images and such over the course of the World Cup it's rather amusing to see all these selfie whores on the US Team. Self-empowerment is a many splendored thing.

Michel Platini under investigation by Fifa and could face suspension

Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini, who was favourite to succeed the Fifa president until a dramatic intervention by the Swiss attorney general, are both now understood to be under formal investigation by Fifa’s independent ethics committee and could be suspended within days.

If Platini was provisionally suspended while Fifa’s investigatory continued to look into the issues raised by the Swiss attorney general when criminal proceedings were opened against Blatter on Friday, he would be automatically ruled out of the presidential race.

Platini, who cooperated with Swiss investigators by answering questions on a two million Swiss francs payment from Blatter, that was said to be made to the detriment of the world governing body, has said he was owed the money from a contract with Fifa between 1999 and 2002 but has not explained why it took nine years for the invoice to be paid. It is understood that Fifa investigators, headed by Cornel Borbély, have formally opened files on both men and are expected to liaise with the Swiss attorney general.

While they were already looking into some issues raised, including a 2005 World Cup television rights deal between Fifa and Jack Warner, the former head of the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football, that was signed off by Blatter, the matter of the 2011 payment to Platini was not among them.

They will interrogate both Blatter and Platini before deciding within days whether to issue a provisional suspension. One source said there was “no way” Platini, who fell out with the long-standing Fifa president when he reneged on an agreement to step down in 2011, could stand if he was suspended.

Even if he is not suspended, the French Uefa president faces the prospect of a so-called integrity check by the same ethics committee before he is allowed to submit his candidature on 24 October.

If Blatter were suspended, it is assumed he would stand down immediately given that he has promised to do so anyway in February.

Prince Ali bin al-Hussein, the Jordanian FA chief who was beaten to the presidency by Blatter in May and was an outsider to win next February’s election before Friday’s dramatic events, said he had heard from many of Fifa’s 209 member associations since Blatter was questioned and his computers seized.

“Change, as I have always said is a process. It is not an event. The process of change at Fifa began in May,” he said.

“We have an opportunity in February to carry that momentum forward. We must come together and work to restore Fifa’s credibility and reputation by bringing about the change that is so clearly needed.”

However, others outside Fifa including Transparency International maintain that Prince Ali is also compromised by his four-year spell on Fifa’s executive committee and continue to call for an independent root and branch governance review.

Can't be as bad as the England supporters have been over the last couple of days after their last minute defeat of the mighty Tunisia. Allegedly a stunning performance which would have resulted in a 4-1 scoreline at least if the referee had been competent or honest enough to award the obvious penalties due to England. Here we go again - expectations talked up to absurd levels to be crushed the moment they meet a decent side.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

japan won just thanks to columbia playing like chimps.
and traditionally japan can beat technique-type team like columbia and mexico but cannot do anything with speed-and-power-type team like african ones. in the next match japan will be miserably beaten as if a kid gets hold down by an adult.

as usual, korean played dirty out of spite just all for facekeeping as soon as they found they could not win.
Mexico coach Juan Carlos Osorio urged action against repetitive fouling after his team was on the receiving end of 24 fouls in their 2-1 win over South Korea at the World Cup on Saturday.

South Korea received four yellow cards while committing the highest number of fouls in a game of any team so far in Russia. They were also whistled for 23 fouls in their first game against Sweden, tied for the second-most with Morocco's 23 against Portugal.

"Usually, I don't like to talk about referees but there was something I didn't like and that was that there were 24 fouls against us," said Osorio, whose own team committed seven fouls in the Group F match.

"It's very easy to analyse who committed them. For the good of football, I hope they take the necessary precautions and measures."

Oh how I miss having the British commentary for these games. Listening to these biased hacks calling the games is insufferable. In the Brazil CostaRica game, the announcers were downright cheering for Brazil and Neymar Jr. I always thought there was no cheering in the press box. I thought for sure that NHK would provide both feeds, but alas, they did not. I found a few sites streaming the games, but the quality is not that good.

It's the yellow cards, man, the yellow cards.

But next they'll have to face Belgium. That'll be no match.

to the idiots saying korea is more worth to go the knockout stage than japan.
korea undoubtedly played dirtiest in all of the matches of the semi-final tournament except for the 2nd half of the germany match.
they went to kicked the opponents players legs rather than the ball and eventually committed 63 foul(ranked 1st) and 10 yellow cards (ranked 2nd).
https://www.fifa.com/worldcup/statistic ... sciplinary
on the other hand, japan is obviously one of the fairest played countries and actually played fairest except for the last 10min of the final of the semi.

the more stupid you are , the more you judge from a part rather than the whole.

Japan was definitely better than Korea, I actually watched the match they played against Germany and it was quite terrible.

On the other hand, Japan advancing under the fair play rule after they spent a good portion of the loss to Poland running down the clock is just really poor form and from what I understand, should have resulted in yellow cards itself. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy Japan could advance, was just a tasteless choice at the end of that game.

Well well well. England in the semi finals and playing really well. Germany, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Argentina all out early. Can't escape the feeling Belgium will nick it in the end.

I got the impression that Sweden is not that good. Especially their keeper was lousy against England. Compare that to the Belgian keeper, with his incredible saves.

I think in the end it is going to be France or Belgium. I give France a better chance, because of Mbabe's incredible speed and skills. But I hope it'll be Belgium, because they are closer to the tribe I come from, some of them even speaking my language...
