Suggestions on where to stay

Mrs. Bucky and I will be visiting Tokyo from 9/15~9/28. Unfortunately with AirBnB mostly out of the picture, our selection is limited on their website. Our son is residing in Roppongi so we would like to be in the Meguro/Ebisu/Shibuya/Roppongi/Azabu area so we would be fairly close to his apartment. Any suggestions? We will have our adult daughter with us for about a week of visit.

She used to rent apartments for her family to stay at and most likely was burned in the recent anti-AirBnB Kristallnacht.
