For my first five years in Japan*, once or twice a month I had to apologize and collect my judo sensei out of the drunk tank of the district police station. Strangely, it was valuable experience---I learned a hell of a lot of keigo and that claiming you were drunk and don't remember will get you out of most trouble in Japan (except a driving offense).

*My sensei was finally killed by a car while
he stumbling down the street drunk.
His long suffering wife made out like a
bandit with compensation payments,
life insurance, and a full mortgage
insurance payout!

I'm wondering if this poster is actually the late Gaijinass who died last year or the year before I think. Forget his name but he ran a blog with some other J vets. You can google Gaijinass and see it.

I really enjoyed his writing esp about run-ins with the J keystone cunts. Then when I looked again at the blog this year I was shocked to find out he'd gone. I forget his name but maybe one or some of you here know about him. He wrote the best advice ever on how to handle the police and J cunt detention. RIP.

Actually after further research I'm sure this is not Gaijinass. For a start Gaijinass had much more serious run-ins than this bloke appears to have had. And he wrote it last year - I think now Gaijinass died in 2017.
