Ota Ward's PA speakers have shorted out from the flooding but when the speakers were working they were screaming to evacuate from 10am to 12noon. Here on the Tama River, I figure the absolute worst that will happen is that I will loose electric power---The water level still has 3m before the river comes over the "Super Levee" ...FUN!

The motherfucker gave rain and wind here in Hyogo, but all manageable.

I am surprised how big it is, because it is still affecting weather here, while it is about to arrive in Tokyo.
