Relatives and representatives of 13 missing Japanese who vanished decades ago filed abduction complaints with police on Thursday, alleging they were snatched to be forcibly taken to North Korea, supporters said.
In the case of Tatsumitsu Kaneda, who was 26 when he vanished in 1979 in Hyogo Prefecture, the complaint names two suspects who are Korean residents in Japan.
